Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days only for items with genuine quality defects (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items). All returns require prior approval. Returns for non-quality-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size choice) are strictly not accepted.
Requirements for All Returns/Exchanges:
The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Process for Returns/Exchanges Due to Issues:
Inspect upon delivery. Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us promptly. If you identify a defect, damage, or receive a wrong item, email us at sylviaxliuu@gmail.com to report the issue and request a return or exchange authorization. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Ship upon approval. If your request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
For refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post it. Contact us if you haven’t received it after 15 business days from our approval.
